Liam Neeson walks the red carpet at the Irish premiere of The Commuter on Friday (January 12) at Cineworld in Dublin, Ireland.

The 65-year-old actor was asked to share his thoughts on the sexual harassment scandals happening in Hollywood, which he referred to as a “bit of a witch hunt.”

“There’s some people, famous people, being suddenly accused of touching some girl’s knee or something and suddenly they’re being dropped from their program,” Liam told Irish outlet RTE.

Liam defended radio personality Garrison Keiller, who was dropped from his job amid allegations last year. He also said that he is “on the fence” about Dustin Hoffman‘s sexual misconduct allegations.

At the end of the discussion, Liam said that the movement is a “healthy” one though and that he’s glad to see it happen “across every industry.”
